Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns.
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

Non-Exchangeable Items
